And for her latest role, Uma Thurman, strips off for a VERY steamy lesbian romp with her co-star Maggie Q in her new racy film The Con Is On.

In the star-studded movie, the actress, 48, plays hustler Harriet Fox while Maggie, 38, stars as killer Irina.

Also starring in the movie are Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara, Stephen Fry, Alice Eve and Crispin Glover - to name just a few.

The Con Is On, which has been described as a 'crime comedy caper', sees couple - Harriet and Peter, played by Tim Roth, escape to LA in a bid to plan a jewellery theft plot in order to pay off their HUGE gambling debt to a scary mobster.

Talking about her film and character to Vogue, Uma said: 'For a female character, she's so completely unintimidated; and I'm sorry to say this, but it's kind of nice to see a female character be so ruthless.'

'And not be the nice girl cowering in the corner, but the ruthless, cunning, sharp one. For me, it was a lot of fun to play such a naughty character,' she added. 

While talking about her outfit choices, she continued: 'All of my costumes are my own clothes, except for maybe one or two things!'

The film was released in the US on Friday 4 May.
