A Cheltenham woman has been charged with attempted murder and assault by beating following an incident in the town over the weekend.
Police were called to a house in St Peter’s Square at about 1.30am on Sunday.
They found a 32-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman suffering from stab wounds, they were taken to Cheltenham General Hospital, where they were later discharged.
20 year old Kirsty Hulse, of Moors Avenue in Cheltenham, has been charged with attempted murder and assault by beating in connection with the incident.
She is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court today.
