Married Yankees star Brett Gardner is seeking a restraining order against a crazed fan who refers to herself as the baseball player's 'future wife' and claims he sends her sexual 'signals' from the field.
An attorney for Gardner, 36, filed for an order of protection against Gina Devasahayam in Bronx civil court last week, according to NJ.com.
